....if the Valet guys want to steal my car for whatever reason, they can at least steal 40 cents out of my change so that:
a. they don't get busted and
b. so I don't have to pay THEIR tickets!!!

Seriously, if they're stealing your car, they have to be stealing other cars - just those people probably have i-passes. That just sucks!
The more I think about it, the more irritated I get! Sounds like something that should be an expose on the news!
